Life Vault Support

Get help with app access, Cloud Backup, password reset, account deletion, privacy questions, and product availability.

Before you email

  • Include your platform, app version, and the feature or screen involved.
  • For account questions, email from the address connected to your cloud account.
  • Do not send your Vault PIN, backup password, recovery key, full ID numbers, medical details, or private documents.
  • For password reset, use Forgot password in the app, then complete the reset from the email link.

Important support limits

Life Vault cannot unlock encrypted local data, recover lost Vault PINs, verify lost recovery material, or replace legal, medical, financial, estate, emergency, or healthcare advice. Keep independent backups and recovery material somewhere safe.

Common help paths

Password reset

Start from Forgot password in the app. The email link opens the Life Vault website reset page.

Cloud Backup

Cloud Backup is optional and stores encrypted recovery copies. It is not live multi-device sync.

Local records

Records remain on your device unless you back them up, export them, restore them, or delete them.
